The Experiment

1935. Erwin Schrödinger puts a cat in a box.

The Austrian physicist imagined a cat sealed in a box with a device that may or may not go off. Until someone opens the box, quantum physics says the cat is both alive and dead at once. Only observing it decides which.

QuantumPad runs the same experiment on coins. Five coins sit in the box at once. When the timer hits zero, a real quantum computer opens it, and only one comes out.

FAQ

Is it a real quantum computer?
Yes: IQM Garnet, with IQM Emerald and IBM as backups. If none answers in time, a simulator picks and the Box is marked SIMULATED.
What if my idea doesn't win?
Your 0.05 SOL fee is kept, and everyone who backed it still gets the winning coin at the same price.
Where does the SOL go?
Into an escrow wallet used only for Boxes, then into the winning coin's first buy, less about 0.0015 SOL of account rent per wallet.
When is the next Box?
Right away. A new Box opens as soon as the last one closes, every 15 minutes.
